Although someone may be a target of bullying, no one has to be a victim. All of us can make the choice to stand up for ourselves and others. Be a survivor or an ally, not a victim or bystander. We will help you. Here is a tool you can bookmark. You can also print it out and keep it in your pocket.

Bullying is currently at an all-time high with over eighty percent of youth affected. Although it takes a tremendous amount of effort to eliminate it, it can be achieved in your community. You can do your part by educating the youth in your classroom, school or household. We have the resources and the answers. tinyurl.com/thisishowyoustopbullying
